Starting a new weight loss / fitness regime this close to Christmas, crazy right? Ok I agree. So how about enjoying an indulgent guilt free(ish) Christmas knowing you are committed to some hard work in January.

What is a Fitness Coach?: Someone who inspires, teaches, and guides. A fitness coach helps you determine, set and achieve your individual goals.
So it is this simple: Set a goal. 3x 45 minute sessions per week for 4 weeks – £200
*The fitness coaching can be in my studio or outside or a mixture of both depending on what your goal is.
